Managing Director, Ceridian UK
Doug oversees Ceridian’s business in the UK and leads the Senior Leadership Team. He’s responsible for ensuring that the company’s refreshed vision and mission builds on previous growth and places Ceridian firmly at the heart of HR agendas around the UK. Doug is particularly keen to ensure that all Ceridian colleagues keep service standards at clear industry-leading levels, and that the company continues to innovate, thereby truly adding value to HR.
Doug holds B.Acc. and C.A. qualifications, and hails from Glasgow. Having joined Ceridian in 2005, Doug’s career history includes the roles: Group MD Operations at lastminute.com, Deputy CEO at holiday autos, and MD of Budget in the UK. He describes himself as an “escaped financial director who enjoys discussing how the human capital asset has a greater value than the net book version.”

Chief Product and Innovation Officer
As Chief Product and Innovations Officer, David will develop a revamped and refreshed product and service roadmap for the future, running a dedicated team that will concentrate on capitalising on the major technology investments Ceridian UK has made in recent years. The innovation element of his role will include development of advances in technology and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and also embrace new processes for development of new service solutions.
David joined Ceridian in 2005, following extensive experience within the HR & payroll industry, including senior roles with MidlandHR and, RebusHR, where he was Development and Customer Support Director. David is “more excited now than ever before about the capability Ceridian is harnessing through the combined strength of its new agile technologies and its service excellence, thereby enabling Ceridian to add value to HR”.

Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer, Jeremy is responsible for developing all aspects of HR within Ceridian, including driving leadership and development activities throughout the business. In addition, he is helping Ceridian build greater HR capability within the company’s growing client proposition and acts as a key client contact point.
Jeremy Campbell joined Ceridian in 2003. Prior to becoming Chief People Officer, Jeremy spearheaded Ceridian’s HR Outsourcing offer. Jeremy was previously the Director of Ceridian LifeWorks, driving the growth of Ceridian’s EAP offer. Before joining Ceridian, he held a number of management roles with BUPA, PPC International, Hambro Bank and Guardian Royal Exchange. Jeremy has worked in Sales and Sales Management for a large part of his career and alongside creating a world-class HR function he also aims to develop Ceridian’s position as one of the UK’s leading providers of HR Outsourcing services.
Chief Financial Officer, Ceridian UK
Mike Blackmore joined Ceridian in May 2007, and is responsible for maintaining the financial robustness of the business, delivering accurate real-time financial analysis for enhanced management decision-making and optimising the overall financial contribution of the company. In addition, he is responsible for delivering Sarbanes-Oxley compliance across Finance. His challenge is to continue fostering an environment that allows the Finance team to support the business in putting HR on the financial map.
Mike’s career history most recently includes 5 years as the Finance Director of Iveco UK, where he was instrumental in achieving a £400m turnover for the Fiat Group subsidiary. He has over 20 years of senior finance experience, including spells as: Finance Director of Ladbrokes UK; Director, International Finance, Rosenbluth International (then the third largest corporate travel agency in the world); and Finance Director of Hertz UK. Mike is a qualified FCCA.
Chief Commercial Officer
Nick joined Ceridian in August 2010 and is responsible for Ceridian’s commercial strategy, marketing & sales and pre-sales support teams within the UK and International divisions.

Nick is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and has leadership experience across industries. He started his career at Ford Motor Company in finance, sales and then marketing roles; moving on to be operations and commercial director with Cellular Operations, a telecommunications business that he helped grow and sell to Vodafone. More recently Nick was a director of TMM, a private equity company. A graduate of Oxford University, where he studied engineering, Nick also undertook an MBA at INSEAD business school in France.
Chief Legal Officer
Jacqueline joined Ceridian as Chief Legal Officer in July 2008. Her experience is pivotal in Ceridian’s future expansion plans, and will play a key role in Ceridian’s international ambitions.
Jacqueline joined from Xerox UK where she spent the last seven years as company secretary and board legal representative. She has significant experience in major contractual negotiations and also deal with SOX compliance.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Mark is responsible for the UK’s Senior Operations Team and Consultancy Services. As the business grows, Mark’s deep operational experience and outsourcing market knowledge are huge assets, with an aim to delivering yet more reliable and efficient service to our customers.
Most recently, Mark has worked with one of Ceridian’s flagship customers in supporting development of our HR Outsourcing Strategy. Having built strong relationships internally and with key accounts, he became Chief Operating Officer in September 2008.
Previously, Mark was a Director in an interim management and advisory business, which led him to manage projects across the world in areas of Operations, Marketing & Sales, and Acquisitions. He was an Executive in the Global Bid Team in CSC Computer Sciences, and was Regional CEO for South America for Origin (now Atos Origin) in Brazil. He holds a BSc degree from Loughborough, an MBA from Strathclyde Business School and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Chief Technology Officer
In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Ross’ role will include helping develop Ceridian’s global best practice methodologies in software development. His remit includes UK and Ireland-based development colleagues, shaping the direction of Ceridian’s owned offshore technology service centre in Mauritius, in addition to management of third party technology development partners.
