CCN 2012

The largest Ceridian Customer Network to date

Ceridian customers from throughout the UK and Ireland attended the annual Ceridian Customer Network (CCN) on 1 February 2012.

Held at the Grand Connaught Rooms in Central London, this year’s CCN was the largest to date, with over 180 customers from more than 120 organisations in attendance, taking the opportunity to join us for a day of networking and a variety of thought provoking seminars, legislation updates, and to hear about the future plans of Ceridian.

Seminars were presented by Ceridian experts, which included a payroll update by Simon Parsons; an insight into the future of HR by Chief People Officer, Jeremy Campbell; and a look at how customers can get value out of SaaS by Chief Product and Innovation Officer, David Woodward. With new legislation changes around pensions affecting all organisations, the audience were also given an introduction to the reform and details of Ceridian’s Pension Solutions.

In addition to Ceridian experts, we were pleased to welcome guest speakers Phil Nilson of HMRC giving an update on Real Time Information, Joanne Walker of Trader Media presenting a customer case study, Jane Hallas of Ellis Whittam with an Employment Law update, and Charles Sutton of Organizational Edge, giving an interesting talk on, Mind Reading: making sense of those around us.

As well as attending seminars, guests were able to learn more about Ceridian’s products and capabilities in the specialist exhibition area, meet with Ceridian colleagues from our shared service centre, and talk with our subject matter experts.

Ceridian Customer Awards 2012

The day also saw Doug Sawers, Managing Director and Nick Laird, Chief Commercial Officer present the winners of the first ever Ceridian Customer Awards. Customers were given the chance to nominate themselves in the months leading up to the CCN for one of six categories.
