Ceridian's Employee Assistance Programme (LifeWorks) offers our our EAP customers a range of support and information that sometimes surprises even regular users of the service. Some of the ways in which the service can meet the needs of your business and your employees include the many resources and features of the Ceridian EAP's online service, which has been designed to make navigation easy and productive. LifeWorks Online provides a rich mine of information ranging from tip sheets to self-assessments, and downloadable recordings to booklets.
The consultants at LifeWorks have qualifications and experience in fields such as health, teaching, childcare and elder care. If you are an EAP customer, all calls to LifeWorks are free for your employees, and they can call as often as they like.
