The future of technology in HR

Most HR professionals are inundated with admin, and have little time to devote to research on technology that could supplement their existing programmes - even if the right technology could impact positively on the company's bottom line. This is a downward spiral in which costs incurred drag HR efficiency performance significantly, and could impact negatively on the company's bottom line. One of the key ways to boost company efficiencies, market value, and profits is to leverage HR technology to improve processes.
