Ceridian congratulates Multinational Services client Beam Global on HR Excellence Award

Beam Global, one of Ceridian's Multinational Services clients, has won the International HR Award at the HR Excellence Awards at the Dorchester, London.

The record number of entries this year pays testament to the growing recognition of human capital management as a key factor in gaining competitive advantage. New awards were added this year to recognise excellence in workforce engagement, business growth, as well as the International HR award.

Following an acquisition in 2005, Beam Global’s HR function has demonstrated the ability to align HR initiatives to their overall business strategy whilst successfully implementing and managing change across a variety of countries, bridging the inevitable communication barriers and adapting the nature of their involvement to suit individual country requirements.
