P14 Submission

We have a number of employees who do seasonal work for us throughout the year and so we have more than one record with the same National Insurance number. Will this now cause issues for our electronic submission of the P14s?

No. This situation is likely to occur, especially in the seasonal retail and leisure industry where many employees return for seasonal based employment. And while the former internet service may have had issues with handling multiple P14s with the same National Insurance number, it should now have been upgraded to accept this occurrence.
