Doug Sawers - Managing Director, Ceridian UK Ltd.
Areas of responsibility
Doug oversees Ceridian’s business in the UK and leads the Senior Leadership Team. He's responsible for ensuring that the company’s refreshed vision and mission builds on previous growth and places Ceridian firmly at the heart of HR agendas around the UK. Doug is particularly keen to ensure that all Ceridian colleagues keep service standards at clear industry-leading levels, and that the company continues to innovate, thereby truly adding value to HR.
Background
Doug holds B.Acc. and C.A. qualifications, and hails from Glasgow. Having joined Ceridian in 2005, Doug's career history includes the roles: Group MD Operations at lastminute.com, Deputy CEO at holiday autos, and MD of Budget in the UK. He describes himself as an "escaped financial director who enjoys discussing how the human capital asset has a greater value than the net book version.”

Having spearheaded initiatives like HRevolution and Ceridian Online Reporting, David continues to be committed to providing leading solutions that offer best-in-class technology.

David joined Ceridian in 2005, following extensive experience within the HR & payroll industry, including senior roles with MidlandHR and, RebusHR, where he was Development and Customer Support Director. David is "more excited now than ever before about the capability Ceridian is harnessing through the combined strength of its new agile technologies and its service excellence, thereby enabling Ceridian to add value to HR".

Jennifer Stacey - Chief People Officer

As Chief People Officer, Jennifer is responsible for developing all aspects of HR within Ceridian, including driving leadership and development activities throughout the business. In addition, she is helping Ceridian build greater HR capability within the company's growing client proposition and acts as a key client contact point.
Background
Previously, Jennifer was HR VP for Europe at IKON Office Solutions. Prior to that, she was HR VP for Europe at LSI Logic. She also was HR Director for Asia and Latin America at Sun Microsystems where she spent seven years working in California and undertook assignments in Hong Kong, Australia and Japan. Jennifer holds a BA in Social Psychology from the University of Kent at Canterbury.

Mike Blackmore - Chief Financial Officer
Areas of responsibility
Mike Blackmore joined Ceridian in May 2007, and is responsible for maintaining the financial robustness of the business, delivering accurate real-time financial analysis for enhanced management decision-making and optimising the overall financial contribution of the company. In addition, he is responsible for delivering Sarbanes-Oxley compliance across Finance. His challenge is to continue fostering an environment that allows the Finance team to support the business in putting HR on the financial map.
Background
Mike’s career history most recently includes 5 years as the Finance Director of Iveco UK, where he was instrumental in achieving a £400m turnover for the Fiat Group subsidiary. He has over 20 years of senior finance experience, including spells as: Finance Director of Ladbrokes UK; Director, International Finance, Rosenbluth International (then the third largest corporate travel agency in the world); and Finance Director of Hertz UK. Mike is a qualified FCCA.

Mark Merrick - Chief Operating Officer
Areas of responsibility
As Chief Operating Officer, Mark is responsible for the UK's Senior Operations Team and Consultancy Services. As the business grows, Mark's deep operational experience and outsourcing market knowledge are huge assets, with an aim to delivering yet more reliable and efficient service to our customers.
Background
Most recently, Mark has worked with one of Ceridian's flagship customers in supporting development of our HR Outsourcing Strategy. Having build strong relationships internally and with key accounts, he became Chief Operating Officer in September 2008.
Previously, Mark was a Director in an interim management and advisory business, which led him to manage projects across the world in areas of Operations, Marketing & Sales, and Acquisitions. He was an Executive in the Global Bid Team in CSC Computer Sciences, and was Regional CEO for South America for Origin (now Atos Origin) in Brazil. He holds a BSc degree from Loughborough, an MBA from Strathclyde Business School and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Jacqueline Raison - Chief Legal Officer
Areas of responsibility
Jacqueline joined Ceridian as Chief Legal Officer in July 2008. Her experience is pivotal in Ceridian's future expansion plans, and will play a key role in Ceridian's multinational ambitions.
Background
Jacqueline joined from Xerox UK where she spent the last seven years as company secretary and board legal representative. She has significant experience in major contractual negotiations and also deal with SOX compliance.
Len Elkington - Vice President, Multinational HR Services

Len is responsible for ensuring the Multinational (MNS) business unit delivers to expectation and promises. With a business that now offers consistent and compliant services across a global footprint of some
over 50 countries, understanding the differing cultures MNS takes the worry out of looking after your people and meeting the many local legislative requirements. Managing customer requirements from multilingual Shared Service Centres in London and Atlanta, MNS are continually looking at new and innovative ways to provide customers an efficient and effective service whilst increasing our capability and portfolio.
Background
Len joined Ceridian as the UK Services Director in 1985 after working in a variety of international Customer & Professional Service roles for Crosfield Electronics Ltd., and Digital Equipment Corporation. Following 8 years on the UK Board of Directors, where he held responsibility for Customer Service and Quality & Productivity, he joined the newly formed MNS Board to help establish and grow the business. Len is a member of the Institute of Directors and was awarded the Diploma in Company Leadership in 2002.

Graeme Weymes - National Sales Director
Areas of responsibility
Graeme is responsible for driving sales in the UK SME and mid-market sectors. This includes the provision of Ceridian’s suite of services and technologies to both new clients and to all UK based customers, with many clients of all sizes, now requiring a more composite HRO offering and multinational services across the globe. The sales operation is comprised of a number of focussed sales teams, utilising a mixture of field sales, tele-sales and supporting skilled services.

Background
Graeme Weymes joined Ceridian in May 2003. Before joining Ceridian, he ran his own consultancy business. Prior to this he held various management roles for a number of large corporates, predominantly in healthcare provision and funding; such as American Home Products, Baxter Healthcare, BUPA & PPC International. He has nearly thirty years experience in business development and sees his role as leveraging this knowledge to drive a fast paced, high energy, performance orientated environment, ensuring that Ceridian maintains its leadership position as the premier consulting sales force in the industry.
David O'Connor - Director of Marketing and Commercial Services
Areas of responsibility
David O’Connor was appointed Director of Marketing & Commercial Services in August 2007.
In his own words, “My purpose is to ensure we generate interest and awareness in our key markets and support Ceridian to deliver its annual sales target.”
So in 2008, this means helping Marketing and Commercial Services teams to support our Sales teams. This includes aligning objectives, finding process & cost improvements and increasing connectivity across the teams. Activities within David's area include market research, data and reporting, commercial negotiation, bid preparation, PR, events, direct marketing, brand-building and Ceridian’s online presence.
Background
David is a former Commercial Director of Hays IMS, a specialist subsidiary of Hays Plc, focused on the information and document management market in UK, Europe & US. Here he was responsible for the management of a division-wide turnaround programme and the subsequent trade sale of the business for £200m. Prior to this, he was Director of Strategy for Hays Commercial Services and was responsible for the creation of a £350m specialist BPO and offshore processing strategic business unit. Additionally, he has over 15 years' corporate development experience in large-scale outsourcing and business services. David has a degree in Social Policy from the University of Wales and an MBA.

Jeremy Campbell - Director of HRO Sales
Areas of responsibility
Jeremy is responsible for driving Ceridian’s HRO proposition into enterprise organisations. This involves driving sales of the proposition to both existing customers and new business, a challenge for which Jeremy believes Ceridian is in pole position:

Background
Jeremy Campbell joined Ceridian in 2003. Prior to spearheading Ceridian’s HRO offer, Jeremy was the Director of Ceridian LifeWorks, driving the growth of Ceridian’s EAP offer. Before joining Ceridian, he held a number of management roles with BUPA, PPC International, Hambro Bank and Guardian Royal Exchange. Jeremy has always worked in Sales and Sales Management and aims to develop Ceridian’s position as one of the UK’s leading providers of HR Outsourcing services
Nick Thomson - Director of SME and Alliances
Areas of responsibility
Nick has dual responsibilities within Ceridian, the first being responsible for ensuring profitability and cross-functional operation across the newly redesigned SME proposition “Pay& People.” The second is to manage existing third party relationships and identify new strategic partnerships that expand the Ceridian proposition by adding further best of breed technologies and services.
“The strength of Ceridian is built both upon its foundation of exceptional people and also its heritage and experience. As a business we are leveraging these key factors to evolve in order to become more customer focussed and ensure that we meet the needs of the changing HR & Payroll landscape. To this end the HRevolution technology gives us the tools, whilst the expanding HRO proposition gives us the services to meet these needs. It’s my role to ensure these are applied appropriately to the SME proposition and also to look for potential relationships with exceptional third parties that can deliver real value to our customer base.”
Background
Nick used to run his own software development company, TRG Advantage and joined us in April 2007 when Ceridian acquired the assets from TRG. For the last 12 months he has focused on integrating his team and products into Ceridian’s business-as-usual activities. Having run a successful small business which sold through channels, Nick has extensive experience of both negotiating and working with third parties, but also knowledge of what it takes to build profitable customer centric propositions.
John Cronin - Director of Business Improvement
Areas of responsibility

John is responsible for driving change leadership and continuous improvement across the organisation. This is through the effective strategic deployment of change management, Six Sigma, Lean and Business Process Reengineering methodologies, whilst ensuring that business plans are aligned to key initiatives that improve the client experience and deliver true business value.

Background
John joined Ceridian from SR Communications Plc, one of the U.K.’s largest Direct Mail organisations where he was Group Quality Manager. Prior to joining SR Communications, he worked for a number of U.K. based organisations in Quality Management and Project Management roles in industries as diverse as finance to streetscape design and procurement. Since joining Ceridian, John has held a number of senior management roles including leading the Quality Management team and as Operations Director, responsibility for the Electronic Funds Transfer (Payments Accounting) and Lifeworks U.K. businesses. John is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
