Conditions for Grants

Geographic

Applications will be considered for children living or attending schools within a seven mile radius of the Ceridian offices in the UK and Ireland.

Age

Children must be aged 16 or under at the time of the application.

Types of Grant

Grants will be considered for individual courses of remedial therapies and treatments or special medical, educational and recreational equipment considered essential for the improvement to the quality of life of the beneficiary but not available elsewhere through the National Health Service.

Applications must be for the benefit of a named child.

Supporting Endorsements

Applications must either come directly from, or be supported by, a written statement from a practising health professional or teacher.

Supporting Material

Applications must be supported by written quotations from potential suppliers and should detail the perceived benefit to the child.
