From M5

Come off M5 at junction 3

Take 3rd exit at roundabout onto the expressway which then becomes Hagley Road. Straight down Hagley road (approx. 5 miles)

Road will fork to five ways island or the underpass - take the underpass this will bring you to Broad Street - underpass will bring you out at new shopping complex on your right, carry straight on - pass the Hyatt hotel on your right - Centenary Square is on your left, follow straight on to next island which is Copthorne island. This island has about 6 exits but does not actually look like an island, more like a big square with roads leading off it.

Take the left-hand lane at the traffic lights and then bear left into Great Charles Street.

Turn left at the next traffic lights into Newhall Street.

Canterbury House is a canopied building 100m on the right.

Parking -100m on right past Canterbury House is an NCP Car Park.

From M6

Come off M6 at Junction 6

Keep in right hand lane - towards Birmingham City Centre (left hand lane if M6 south but move over into middle lane)

This lane will feed onto the Aston Expressway, remain in this lane and continue down expressway.

Continue over the flyover

Go through the underpass and keep in the left hand lane as you go under

As you come out of the underpass indicate left and move over to far left hand lane

At the main set of lights turn left (you really need to go right at these lights but you can't) this is Newhall Street but you now need to turn into the next road left and turn round so you are turning back into Newhall Street the way you came. (Or just do a three point turn if the traffic allows it)

You should now approach the traffic lights and go straight across at these lights

By Rail

From New Street station, exit the platform from the "B" end (Victoria Square Exit)

If you arrive on platform 1 or 12 go up into the main station "A" End and back down to another platform to exit at "B" end.

Follow signs for Victoria Square exit.

On exiting the station you will see a pedestrian crossing.

Cross into Pinfold Street.

Stay on right side.

Cross over at bend into Ethel Street (shopping street only)

At the top you will be in New Street.

Turn right into New Street.

Turn left into Bennets Hill. Stay on right hand footpath. (there is a Nationwide Building Society near the corner of Bennets Hill) Cross the first set of lights.

Go to the top of the road until you get to a dual carriageway (Great Charles street) and a set of major traffic lights.

Cross straight over at the traffic lights (the Birmingham College of Food and Tourism will be on your left hand side)

Canterbury House is a little further down Newhall St on the right (Canopied Building).
