Site status update notifications

Ceridian customers using our hosting facilities can subscribe to be notified of any outages or loss of service in its hosted facilities and to clarify root cause and solution to these issues.

Proactive support and technical notifications

At peak industry times (e.g. Tax Year End) important notifications will be proactively provided to Customers. Ceridian Customer Services may also send notifications to affected customers detailing ways to optimise product usage or warning of potential product issues.

New software release notifications

Ceridian Customer Services notifies interested customers of new product release availability.

Marketing Mailings and Newsletters
Periodic notifications on best practices and resources

Ceridian maintains a list of contacts who have expressed an interest in receiving periodic announcements, and updates about HR, Payroll, EAP solutions and events; as well as marketing and product information from Ceridian. If you are interested in receiving this information, you may subscribe.

Ceridian Connection newsletter

Ceridian Connection is a free e-newsletter sent to people interested in HR, payroll, EAP and recruitment solutions. You may subscribe to Ceridian Connection if you wish to receive it.

Press Release alert notifications
