Session Descriptions

Business Update

We will give you an update on Ceridian’s business performance from 2007 and also look ahead to what plans the company has for 2008 and beyond.

Service Update

This session will explore the developments that Ceridian’s operations team have made to make customer service the top priority in everything Ceridian does and also to explain some of the new structures and initiatives for 2008.

Product Update

We will be giving updates on all our major products from functional enhancements through to changes to conform to legislation.  We will also be providing a tax year end mini master class for all of our payroll customers preparing for their 2008 returns.

Customer Experience

In this session we hope to have a number of clients presenting their story of working with Ceridian and in their profession.  It is hoped that we will also be running a specific customer experience with an HR customer in the London afternoon session (30th January).
