Employee Counselling Services

Our employee counselling services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide assistance with any challenging issues faced by your employees.

This can include personal problems such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship breakdown, domestic violence, substance misuse, eating disorders and debt.

As an important part of our LifeWorks EAP, our counselling service can also help with work-related problems such as bullying and harassment, managing workload, manager/supervisor relationships and adjusting to new responsibilities.

All aspects of stress are also covered, e.g. caregiver stress, work stress and stress management.

Employee counselling can be provided either via telephone or face-to-face through our Clinical Affiliate Network. We have Clinical Affiliates throughout the UK and Ireland and would review our specialist coverage across the locations in which your employees live and work.

Quality Accreditation

Our network of Clinical Affiliates and all the counsellors within our service centre are BACP accredited or have equivalent qualifications and counselling experience. In providing EAPs they adhere to clinical protocols including the professional Code of Ethics set by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA).
