Your EAP Account Manager

As an EAP customer, you will be appointed a dedicated Account Manager who will focus on strategic support and serve as a single point of contact. Your Account Manager and supporting team will:

  • Take the time to understand your business culture and vision, your employee population and your plans
  • Work with you to define your goals
  • Introduce the EAP to your employees and managers
  • Promote continuing utilisation through a comprehensive monthly communication plan
  • Serve as an ongoing resource for information about industry trends, pending legislation and shifting demographics that may affect your business
