Everyone in your organisation will be able to access their own Employee Self Service portal, through which they can carry out their own HR processes, such as booking absence, updating their personal details and even viewing their payslips.

Workflow defines who is alerted and when, meaning that a lot of your HR administration is actually carried out quickly and efficiently by your employees.

Any manual administration is then carried out by our highly qualified employees in our Shared Service Centres, who are also available to take HR-related calls.
