About Employee Self Service

Employee Self Service is a portal through which all of your employees can, for example, access their own personal data, book leave and absence, view their payslips, and manage their own teams.

It also gives them access to the HRO modules that you have selected, from Flexible Benefits to Learning & Development and Performange Management. One single login for all of these modules makes HR easier and more efficient.

You can also create communities for user groups, giving each community different access levels. For example, you can create a community for your HR team, with secure access to sensitive data, and a community for your training team, with access to Learning & Development tools.
