Secure Processing

Comprehensive Disaster Recovery plans are in place which use all reasonable endeavours to provide security in case of any accidental or deliberate damage to our assets or resources.

If an accident were to happen at our main site in Mauritius, there is a separate site five miles away, providing excellent operational resilience. Other data is backed-up daily and stored independently off-site, while plans are in place to recover all essential technology.

Data Protection

We ensure that the data processed in Mauritius receives the highest possible levels of protection, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998. We also ensure that the systems used for processing the data receive the appropriate level of protection, and that we adhere fully to the seven rights of the Data Protection Act.

We train our staff in their obligations under the UK Data Protection Act using a computer-based training course designed by Eversheds, and endorsed by the Office of the Information Commissioner.
