Your feedback on how we can improve

Customer Feedback Survey

Back in July, we conducted our most comprehensive ever customer survey. We asked 2,500 respondents across the full range of industries, sizes and products, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took the time to complete the short web questionnaire.

So far, we have contacted 150 of you to find out more about the score you gave us and the comments you made about how we can improve our service to you. A number of initiatives and actions have already been completed, and we continue to look for ways to improve our service to you.

We will continue to carry out these surveys on a quarterly basis so that we can keep our finger on the pulse and find out what we're doing well - and what we can improve upon.
