Ceridian can send you email in different formats depending on your preferences. Setting this to 'multipart' means that your email application (Outlook, Hotmail, Lotus Notes etc) will automatically decide on the most suitable delivery format. 'HTML' emails usually contain images and useful clickable hyperlinks to HR and payroll resources. 'Text-only' emails may be more suitable for you if, for example, you receive your email on your mobile phone or other portable device.
