Almost half of our respondents said that their current priority is day-to-day living, while nearly 1 in 5 said that they view their employer in a negative light because of a lack of support.
There is equally evidence that the ‘credit binge’ is over, and that employees are split between the ‘frugal’ and the ‘fun’.
The UK workforce craves the support of its employers, and when the upturn does come, it will inevitably seek alternative employment unless measures are taken… Indeed, this is HR’s great opportunity.
