Ceridian makes four senior new appointments

Ceridian UK, one of the UK’s leading HR outsourcing and payroll service providers, has made four senior new appointments, two of which are in international services. Sonia Dempster takes on the new position of consultancy director while Katie Gillard has been appointed to the newly-created position of senior knowledge manager. As Ceridian expands its international capability, Andrew Brown moves to the position of global delivery director and Nicholas Bland joins Ceridian International Services as partnership director.

We are delighted to announce, in addition to the recent senior leadership team appointments, these significant appointments within our senior management team – three promotions from within and one outside appointment.

All four appointments will significantly support our drive for growth, in domestic UK and Ireland markets and internationally. It’s great to see the majority coming through the internal promotion route, demonstrating the strength in depth of our capability and teams.Doug Sawers, managing director, Ceridian UK
