Ceridian UK sees double-digit growth on back of solutions for pension auto-enrolment and RTI changes
Ceridian UK, one of the UK’s leading HR outsourcing and payroll service providers, has announced double-digit growth in the first three quarters of 2012.

The start of 2012 was challenging for us, as it was for most businesses operating in a double-dip recession, but we quickly refocused on customers and on the KnowHow our colleagues deliver and have enjoyed double-digit growth this year. This is set to continue as our sales teams have been working on a three-fold increase in sales enquiries with very strong interest in our pension auto-enrolment, SaaS, workforce management and international payroll solutions.
This year has seen us complete the three biggest HR and payroll implementations in our history. We are now in the enviable position of being able to showcase these to other organisations seeking transformational HR transaction services.
Workforce management has proven one of our most popular HR solutions, especially for the retail and hospitality sectors, as we are able to demonstrate measurable savings to our prospects.
In the summer, we launched HRevolution12, ensuring our proven world class SaaS solution remains leading edge and reinforcing our leadership position for cloud-based, integrated HR and payroll solutions. The key differentiator is the sheer breadth of HR modular solutions on offer from HR analytics through online payslips to workforce management for clients employing from 50 to 170,000 people.
The payroll sector is witnessing the biggest changes in the cost of employment to hit UK businesses in the last 15 years with pension auto-enrolment for the largest organisations having commenced on October 1 and Real Time Information starting in April next year. Both changes require technological solutions for compliance and we are well positioned to maximise the commercial opportunities these present.
Lastly, our international payroll division has seen unprecedented call on its services as multinational companies expand, especially in the South East Asia region.
