Future of Technology presentation & panel session to prove key draw at Ceridian Customer Conference
In addition to the opening keynote address on pension automatic enrolment by Steve Webb MP, Minister for Pensions, one of the main draws at the forthcoming Ceridian Customer Conference on February 26 will be a talk on the future of technology by Tom Standage, digital editor at The Economist. This will be followed by a lively panel discussion on the topic relating to HR, payroll and pensions.

Tom Standage promises to deliver an insightful talk on the future of technology. Siân Harrington, publishing director responsible for HR Magazine will then host a panel discussion on the topic of a ‘Fast Changing World, Fast Changing Technology’.
Participating on the panel will be Tom Standage; Carole Pearson, head of HRSS and people systems at Marks and Spencer; Amanda Brady, HR director, Premier Inn & Shared Services, Whitbread; Ian Hunter, people director, Mothercare; Phil Nilson, HMRC and David Woodward.
An industry leading professional presenting at the conference will be Pinky Lilani OBE, who will deliver an inspirational and unique talk on recipes for success in the modern workplace.
Seminars during the day include a Marks & Spencer case study at which the customer will discuss its recent major transformational change programme; how to prepare for pension auto enrolment hearing from customers who have been there, done that; how Ceridian are supercharging their payroll platform; the latest on Real Time Information (RTI) one year on; updates on payroll legislation; the impact of talent on business goals; managing global payroll; and ‘Banking on People, the RBS Story’, a focus on how an Employee Assistance Programme supported its colleagues through significant change.
Last year over 600 HR, payroll and finance professionals from a wide variety of industry sectors and sizes attended the conference.
